Accenture Recruitment Process:

Accenture conducts 3-4 rounds to select freshers as SDE in their organization.

  • Aptitude test
  • Technical interview
  • HR interview

Written Round:

The Written round is a combination of various technical and aptitude tests to check the candidate’s knowledge and skills. These rounds consist of different rounds which are:

Cognitive Ability and Technical Assessment: This different section contains different topics. The cognitive Ability section consists of English Ability, Numerical Ability, Analytical Reasoning, problem-solving, etc. whereas in Technical Assessment the topics are Common Application and MS Office, Networking Fundamentals, Pseudo Code, Cloud, and Security, etc. It is a 90 minute duration test with a moderate difficulty level. It is a knockout round and you need to clear this to pursue the next round.

Coding Round: This section contains only 2 questions which are of 45 minutes duration. The main topics covered in this round are C, C++, Dot Net, JAVA, Python, etc.

Communication Assessment: It is a 20-minute test that judges the communication and English ability of a candidate. The topics covered in this section are Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, and Pronunciation.

Technical Rounds:

Candidates who clear the written round will pursue Technical Interview. You can be asked any question related to any topic depending on the job role and mainly your resume. To ace this round you must know your technical basics and clear your concepts. You are required to prepare a programming language of your choice and have full knowledge of it. The common topics which will be asked in Accenture Interview are Data structures and Algorithms, Operating systems, DBMS, OOPs concepts, networking, etc. Apart from that you have thoroughly gone through your CV and have all the knowledge related to each and every topic. You might be required to right codes and solve puzzles during the interview.

HR Round:

This is the last round of the Accenture Interview Process. After clearing all the rounds you have to appear for HR rounds where the recruiter will test your behavior and qualities on the basis of Accenture values. The interview starts with the introduction and then leads to some behavioral questions like tell your weakness and strengths and hypothetical questions like why Accenture? and where do you find yourself after 5 years from now, etc?
